Colissimo Domicile

Delivery to your address by La Poste. Real-time tracking, signature on request.

For urgent orders, a last-minute gift or supplies before a training session. Priority delivery in 2 to 3 days.

Process

From your order to your door.

All orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Preparation

Your parcel is carefully prepared at our premises in Gisors (27), France, same day where possible.

A tracking email is sent as soon as your parcel leaves with the carrier.

Returns & exchanges

We are here for you after delivery.

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. Simple, no questions asked.

Return process

To initiate a return, write to us at the address below with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Item in its original condition, unused
  • Packaging intact if possible
  • Refund within 5 to 10 business days

Size exchanges

Harnesses, leads, accessories: if the size does not fit, we organise the exchange at no extra charge.

  • Free exchange for same reference, different size
  • Return postage at your expense
  • New parcel dispatched on receipt of the returned item
